Yes, I just spoke with Mr. Eshghi, an executive from Micronet. He said the rebate should be approved in 2-3 business days.
I also complained about your rudeness and he told me he sent a message to you about it. I understand your need to follow your company’s protocol but there was no need to get rude with me. At least you should have extended me the courtesy of speaking with a supervisor or someone if you could not issue the rebate. You wouldn’t give me your name or anything, and then you just threw me in someone’s voicemail without saying who. What was that all about? Very rude.
Anyways, Mr. Eshghi was a very nice man and we spoke for a little while afterwards about other things including the history with his company. So this whole experience has helped me make a friend.
